WEEE Directive and Registration

The products placed on the market by Schäfter+Kirchhoff can usually be repaired. Nevertheless, if products are to be disposed of, please note that used electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of in household waste. Used devices must be collected separately and taken to an appropriate collection point.

In accordance with the legal requirements (WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU, Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment), Schäfter+Kirchhoff products have been recognized by the responsible German foundation EAR (Elektro- Altgeräte Register) as B2B (Business to Business) products. Schäfter+Kirchhoff is registered under the WEEE Reg. No. DE 65963161 (see also imprint).

In the commercial sector (B2B), disposal is subject to individual contractual agreements. However, Schäfter+Kirchhoff is willing to take back equipment that Schäfter+Kirchhoff has placed on the market within the EU, and to dispose of it properly.

Please contact to receive a return form.

Please note that we only take back products from Schäfter+Kirchhoff. Products from other manufacturers will be returned at the sender's expense.

Note: The return form is only used to assign the disposal to Schäfter+Kirchhoff. It is not a parcel label for free shipping. The shipment of the old device must be carried out by you independently and at your own expense.
