Features

The 48BS-CC-A beam splitting plate is used for monitoring purposes. It is a uncoated fused silica plate. 2 % of p-polarized radiation is tapped. The plate are mount in an adjustable mount for the multicube system.

Please note that the transmitted beam will take an offset of about 0.3 mm.
